“Top Row does not remain Sticky” continued from last topic

I applied the “on” option from the start of using this template but the top row does not remain sticky.

The top row is visible when I am at the top of the page otherwise it disappears when scrolling. My middle header which includes my logo and menu etc is sticky.

Not sure why this is.

Hi Tony,

I have tested this on Microsoft Edge and this is working. I am using Google Chrome and it does not pick up the changes.
