    Hello,

    Have you edited theme files?
    Please provide FTP credentials. May we reupload the theme?

    Hello,

    We can’t connect via FTP getting this error:
    Error: Connection timed out
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Is there firewall on a server that blocks our IP?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Still the same error.
    Seems like access is blocked on your server. Please contact hosting provider support regarding this issue.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in Global Custom CSS:

    #menu-main-menu-3 {
        display: none;
    }

    Please check menu now.

    1.You accedintly hided the facebook/linkdin links when you hided the extra menu.

    2.Another thing, the responsive menu is not working because it is rtl, if i change it to ltr it works, please make it work in rtl .

    3.how do i make elements in the home page to strech to all the width of the site.

    4.when i enlarge the browser the website is not working and there is a white screen.

    You have all the link’s and password so you can fix whatever needs to be fixed .

    my client is waiting for the website,

    I really appreciete your help,

    Hello,

    1. Where did you place Facebook/Linked In links? I don’t see them in the header even if my code is removed.

    2. We didn’t mention on ThemeForest that Royal is compatible with rtl. There are only some styles included in rtl.css file. Also as I see VC elements on mobile are responsive. What exactly do you want to fix?

    3. Edit each row with VC editor and select “Stretch row” option.

    4. Try to reload a page. If you resize browser window you should always reload a page.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    1.I placed them on the upper left corner, hardcoded in the html .
    2.I need to fix the responsive menu when i enter the website with a cellphone .
    3.Where is the strech row function located ?
    4.Tryied that, still there is a problem that has to be fixed .
    Thanks in advance,
    Tomer

    Hello,

    1. Links are back. Please check.

    2. What exactly is not responsive? As I see slider and other Visual Composer elements are responsive http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/1010/h_1476112080_5468650_77552fa7f3.jpeg .

    3. Go to Pages > edit a page > use VC editor http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/1010/h_1476112265_3090188_3c9b4b5fe6.jpeg , you can edit each row if you need.

    4. I tried to enlarge browser window and your site works fine there. Please show a video to see how you’re getting that problem.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva and thanks so much for your help .
    The facebook and twitter links are not linked, where do i edit that ?
    About the responsive menu , i am talking about the hamburger, when you press it you can’t see the menu items.
    Thanks,
    Tomer

    Hello,

    I’ve added this code in Global Custom CSS:

    .rtl .mobile-nav {
       transform: translate3d(0px,0,0) !important;
    }
    .rtl .st-menu {
       transform: translateX(-110px) !important;
    }

    Check mobile menu now.

    As for facebook and Twitter links, you said that you added them in the theme files, so you need edit the file again.
    We recommend to make changes in the child theme because you’ll lose modifications after theme update.
    BTW there is 2.7.3 version of Royal (I’ve already uploaded it to your server), if you activate it your links will disappear. So create child theme and make all changes there.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Add background image in the row settings http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/1013/h_1476369439_2976561_e63ec41a47.jpeg or http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/1013/h_1476369489_4657458_c8a00573da.jpeg and remove it from contact form code.
