Hello,

to add newsletter go to Theme Options >> Promo Popup and set “Show link in the top bar” to ON, also make sure you have Enable promo popup turned ON.
To disable the duplicate main menu, go to Appearance >> Menu, select your main menu and make sure you have Main menu (left, default) and Mobile menu enabled (checked) and Main menu (right) disabled (not checked).
