Hi,

1) While i was checking the top menù, the dividers on the right disappeared. Now i can’t align properly the top header to the right. I checked the CSS but i didn’t find any issue so far (I marked the problem in yellow on the screenshot).

2) I also would like to add a popup form in the top header. It should popup by clicking a text such as “Email us”. Is it possible?

Could you please help me?

Hello,

1) We need to check the backend settings to find out the reason of your issue but credentials you provided are incorrect https://gyazo.com/d845064dc4e5165ff710c485170eec81
Please, check and provide the working one.

2) Yes, you can use the Newsletter element. Rename it to Email us and choose to open by click only. You’ll be able to show the custom HTML inside the popup or any Static Block.

Hi Olga,

thanks for your kind reply, your support is amazing!

1) My mistake, please find the correct credentials in the private content area (sometimes can happen i’ve to insert the login credentials two times, i don’t know why tbh). Today the top header bar section is even smaller than yesterday, screenshot in the private content area.

Hello,

You are welcome.
1) We have removed logo from the connection block because connection block useful if you want to add 2 or more elements and make space between them within columns width If there is only one element inside then there is no need to use the connection.
2) We have added side paddings for the top header the same as you used for the main one http://prntscr.com/t1o82q
Check now.
