Top Header is not working and All department is not working.

Hello support,
I hope all are well today. I am facing 2 Problem for now. 1. All department: When I am trying to open the “all department” section in homepage it’s not working again and again it become open through hover. I am going to send you the screenshot also. 2. Notice bar/ top bar/ promo text bar: I have opened it but do not shows in the website. Like previous, screenshot is being attached.

I hope you guys will solve my issue as soon as possible.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1. You need to select the Home page here in settings of XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor > edit template > settings of the menu > Opened only on – https://prnt.sc/l3sVQ5WafcBj

2. There are two header builders available, and you can choose the one that best suits your preferences:
– Header Builder in Theme Options (old one) – https://youtu.be/RbdKjQrFnO4?feature=shared
– Header Builder with Elementor – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/

Please note that if both header builders are activated, the settings from the new Elementor Header Builder will take precedence. This means that the configurations made in the Theme Options header builder will not be applied, as it has a lower priority.

In your case, the settings from the new Elementor Header Builder are currently active and in effect.
