Hello,

The problem is caused by “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” plugin. Disable it and check top bar. As you know it’s not included in the theme package as a required plugin and we can’t guarantee its compatibility with the theme. Sorry.

Hi Eva,

I had manage to spoke to Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin developer, and he had conclude that the problem is with the “Revolution slider”

This is what he said

Unfortunately this bug is not from Ultimate Addons. Although I noticed there is javascript error in console raised by Revolution slider

We had turn off the “Revolution slider” plugin, and indeed it manage to resolve. Can please advise on how can we resolve this further?

I checked this issue again and found your theme has modified the VC heavily which causing issue to work our row backgrounds.
To support such themes we have added an option here – http://urbanliving.sg/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ultimate-dashboard&author#ultimate-debug

Although even I fixed the issue from our end the top bar was not working due to Revolution slider issue.

Probably you should connect with Revolution slider as I’ve explained in before to fix your issue.

Hello,

Please update Revolution Slider plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check top bar after that.
