  Hi,
  I’ve tested with 2 PCs and 1 iPad.
  Firefox and Chrome. The issue is more common in Firefox. But there is always a problem. I opened clear private window:
  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TOTwxI_7tss – firefox
  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-e2McbQBNs – chrome, after few reloads they disappeared

  Hello,

  Try to add the following code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

  .single-product .swiper-container.swiper-control-bottom:not(.second-initialized) li.thumbnail-item {
      opacity: 1;
      visibility: visible;
      height: auto;
  }
