I’ve disabled Maintenance Mode…..have a look now.
Hello,
Could you please clarify your question with more details?
As I see the products images on a products category page are shown fine.
Thank you.

Hi Eva,
When I look at my Thumbnail, the product image does not look proportionally sized. For example the a lighting pendant is truncated on the bottom, the whole product is not properly visible.
Thanks!
Here’s another example….The wall sconce appears zoomed in and not properly sized.
Thanks!

Hello,
I’ve changes images dimensions in Woocommerce settings and regenerated thumbnails. Also I’ve added this code into custom.css file:
img.hide-image {
height: 300px;
}
Please check products now and clear browser cache before.
Thank you.

YAY! Thank you!
You are welcome!
Hi
Some thumbnails appear to be squished…and are not aspect ratio.
Also, some of my product images are huge, even though I have my specs for image size. Will try regenerating my files.
Hello,
Your original single product image is too small. You need upload an image at with the dimensions 1 425px × 1 900px or disable zoom effect in Theme Options > Single Product Page.

Hmmm I don’t have Hi Res images for ALL my products that’s the problem.
Hello,
In this case you should disable zoom effect in Theme Options > Single Product Page.
Thank you.

Hi Eva,
It’s my thumbnails that are squished….they are not aspect ratio but squeezed looking. Have a look at the Dog Backpack on the attached page.
Hello,
You can change the code in custom.css file to this one:
img.hide-image {
height: 200px;
}
Please try it.
Thank you.

HI Eva,
Its not the image zoom, its just the way the thumbnails appear, see below….
Hello,
Sorry, but I don’t see any problems with images on the link you provided.
Could you please show a screenshot of the issue?
Thank you.
