Thumbnail photos are not resizing perfectly

the product thumbnails, it was getting the correct dimension, 300×300, but now I put the product and the dimension is no longer correct, I don’t know what to do. I await contact, thank you.

It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product or post images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

It didn’t.

the old photos are the perfect size. 1:1 (300×300)
but when I add new product the thumbnail doesn’t respect the media.
I already set 1:1 . and 300×300 , but it still does not change .

Already clear cookie and did the whole process.
I would like to know if there is any CSS code that I can apply to solve this.

The new products, including the miniature, both at Home and at the Shop, are unregulated.

Hello,

As you can see, image size settings come from WooCommerce, not from our theme. If they worked fine and then stopped, check what plugin did you install, maybe the problem is caused by a 3rd part plugin or CDN on your site.
