Thumbnail are not showing in video gallery, only in image gallery.

    Hello, I would like to show the video Thumbnail on single product gallery. The same as with the images. Right now it show a white background with the video logo and it seems there is empty, like there is no video there. Please see screenshot: https://www.ia-incosmetics.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/thumbnail.jpg.

    There is no such possibility, unfortunately.
    It works in the same way on our demo – https://xstore.8theme.com/product/product-classic/
