This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend

I just bought this theme and after several attempts I keep failing to install it. I’m building my new website in these days and I tried to load Xstore theme from the admin page of my wordpress site and then I uploaded it directly to my server in the folder: themes (I use serverplan) In both ways I keep getting the exact same error message: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend. Please kindly tell me how I can solve the problem or I will be forced to ask for a refund. Kind regards.

Could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and also the CPanel/FTP Logins as well in the private content area of this topic so that I’ll check and Install the Theme for you on your site?

Hello,

We’ve activated the theme on your site. You can import the demo version via XStore > import demos.
It looks like your problem was caused by activated 3rd party plugins on your site. Before the import, make sure, that only XStore Core and WooCommerce plugins are activated, all other needed plugins will be activated during the import process.
