This is very urgent.Technical support has given a code that shut down my site

This is hurible, I rquested for a help on changing product title from capitalising all the letters to capitalising only the first letter. However the technical support gave this code

Hello,

Add the following custom code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

.product-information .product_title {
text-transform: none;
}

Now added the code and the code wipe all the content in my website. What a horrible support. Could you please help immediately.

Hello,

Correct adding of the custom CSS code can’t cause this problem. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/mu27dc We will enable debug mode in WordPress https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress to find out what error appears on your site.

Please ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials.
