“I have registered third-party email IDs “wcoa_pending_approval” and “wcoa_order_rejected” via “viwec_register_email_type”, “viwec_accept_email_type”, and “viwec_admin_email_types” all at priority 100, but they do not appear in the Email Builder list.

Can you check what additional step is needed in XStore 9.7.4?

    Hello @HUSSTLE,

Please note that there have been no changes to such filters, so it should continue to function as before. You can find more details in the following topic: https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-do-i-integrate-the-emails-added-by-yith-plugins-to-your-email-builder/#post-449691.

If you still require our assistance, please provide a list of the third-party emails you would like to enable in our builder, along with temporary WP-Admin and FTP access in the private area, so that we can assist you further.

Additionally, please note that your plugin emails should follow the main email configuration from WooCommerce. If they use custom templates with hardcoded details, it will not be possible to modify the content using the email customizer.

    Best regards,
