Things regarding to the shop banner under different category

Hi, Since I am trying to make shop banner for different categories(about 100 different sub categories).

I would initially want to use product categories description to add one by one. After I put images in “Custom page heading image for this category” under products->categories->description I realized the image shows on breadcumb area which is above banner area. The text is in banner area.

I know I could use short code under static block way, but does that affect page SEO structure? Since If I follow this way I would need to create around 100 static block which I whink this may not be the good practice? Is there any advanced control that I can make this function comes true?

Please advise any other suggestion I can do under your theme structure?
