There is only a login panel on the site, no sign up, why?

Sign in but no sign up. There was also a sign up in theme, it doesn’t appear after installing the theme.

Hello,

Navigate to Settings > General > Membership and mark Anyone can register, then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts > Customer registration > Enable customer registration on the “My account” page. Read more about settings – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#accounts-and-privacy-settings
Padding settings you can find in Theme options > Header builder > Account element
