There is no close icon to close comment images

    Hello,

    There is no close button when you click on the images added to the comments! (especially bad on mobile) users can’t seem to figure this out. is it possible to fix this?

    Hello,

    Of course, there is no close button when you click on the images in the user comments of a product on both mobile and desktop. I’m talking about the product images that customers add to their comments.

    1/ We have conducted a review of our test site and found no issues similar to the one you are experiencing. It appears that the problem with product images in customer comments, specifically concerning the visibility of the close button, is unique to your site. For your reference, We have attached an image illustrating the issue as observed. https://paste.pics/QYXU2

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello,

    I found the error. Since I did the operation in your answer here, the close icon does not appear.

    Please edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disabled.

    Actually, we cannot say that it is completely solved. In another support request, the X icon appears twice and when I close the Image Lightbox to fix it, the X icon disappears in the comments.

    Is there any other solution?

    Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
