There is an option to show shop sidebar filters on mobile by click on icon in the side of the screen

Hi,
I know there is an option to show shop sidebar filters on mobile by clicking on an icon on the side of the screen.
It was by default on my shop page when I imported a demo from Xstore but I think I removed this option somehow.
I can’t find where it is.
Can you please help me to find out how I can do it again?

Hello, @Tair Domer,

Thank you for your response.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your Site URL of the page on which the shop sidebar filters button on mobile devices not appear and issue persist and site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you to solve your issue:

Hello, Tair Domer,

You are using our new builder – https://prnt.sc/RMaX2EZG43Z4 , so settings from Theme Options do not work. The Off-Canvas feature for the sidebar is not available right now. This will be added within 3-4 weeks. We are currently working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
