this widget is destroying the layout. Access has been shared,

It’s affecting the logo in the laptop version, single product titles in both versions, and the menu dropdown navigation.

I’m running it through snippet, WPcode.

The issue is with the theme, as it is not supporting it. the logo is affecting, and the title sizes are not controllable from the themes option.

    Dear @Plethora,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At this time, we are unable to identify any issues related to the logo or menus across the pages of your website. In order to assist you more effectively, could you kindly provide us with a video demonstrating the issue, along with the URLs of the specific pages where the problem occurs?

Additionally, we recommend testing whether the current snippet causes any issues when using a default theme such as Storefront. Please note that the snippet you have implemented loads a custom script, which may affect the content independently of the theme used on your website.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @Plethora,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to bring to your attention that the custom script you have added to your website is loading custom CSS, which appears to be affecting various areas of the site’s layout. As previously mentioned, this is an additional customization implemented on your end, and it has the potential to cause similar issues even when using a default theme such as Storefront.

Could you please clarify the main purpose of this script? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could review why it is applying custom styles that interfere with the layout in other sections of the site. It may be beneficial to consult the script’s documentation to load their styles in iframe tag and to determine whether certain unnecessary components can be excluded from loading. Alternatively, you might consider using a different script that better aligns with your layout requirements.

To put it simply, even if we address the current layout issues—such as those affecting the logo and some headings—the script continues to load multiple custom styles that may disrupt the layout in other areas of the site.

We strongly recommend following the solutions we have previously suggested. Please note that we are unable to provide daily CSS fixes for new issues that may arise as a result of this custom script.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
