Hello,

This message does not clear error you have.
1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site
2) Provide server error logs
3) Describe in more detail when do you get the error?

Hello,

What version of PHP do you use? I suppose that you use out of date version of PHP.
Update PHP version to 7.3 or better to 7.4 according to WordPress requirements https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
