hello, i’m having some problems with the theme:

1)The preview is different from publishing.
I needed to change the colors of the header from blue to white, the preview is correct but after publishing the colors are still blue. I had to change them with the custom CSS.

2)The quick view of the product doesn’t work, nothing happens when clicking on it.

3)The “add to cart” button doesn’t work properly. It should add the product to the cart but it just opens the single product page.

4)I can’t translate the line “free shipping over 49$” on the quick view of the cart. I wrote it in italian in the mini-cart promo message, i tried to translate it with the WPML and with another plugin Loco translate, but nothing works.

    Hello,

    1) As I can see, you are using Multiple headers, so edit second header background-color – https://prnt.sc/10x7cl8
    3) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.
    4) Do not forget to edit this Text for your multiple headers in Header builder.

    Regards

    hello,
    3) i tried but it still don’t work. I noticed that it works only if you add to the cart the product from the related products in the single product page.
for example from this page: https://arturostories.it/prodotto/arturo-quadra-tutto-blu/

i see from Themeforest that there is the upgrade of the theme but i don’t see it in the site.

    Hello,

    Dashboard > Updates > Check again – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
If the problem won’t be solved after the update, provide us with temporary FTP access.

    Hello,

Add to cart button redirects to single product even with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront https://gyazo.com/2ca7a7ec90516764a6a5a95c2eca4bb5 And it’s related to Flexible Product Fields, Flexible Product Fields Pro plugins. So, contact plugins author to get help with this. We are able to help in case problem caused by the theme.

Thanks, the first time I tried to deactivate all plugins, the button still didn’t work, but now I tried to deactivate only that plugin and now it works.
Thanks for your fantastic support on these issues 🙂
