Theme version will not install - by Derwin Beushausen

    Everything is installed great with the demo content. But when I try to install a version, it gives me this error message:

    Hello,

    You have to create “tmp” folder in wp-content/themes/royal/framework directory before installing a template.
    This issue will be fixed in the next theme update.

    I created the folder “tmp” in the directory, and then went and tried to install a version template, but it still did not work.

    I then went to the server to check the “tmp” folder, and it was gone. I created it again, and then went back to install a version, and checked the tmp folder again, and it was gone again.

    It seems that the program is deleting the folder each time I try to install a version.

    What should I do?

    Hello,

    Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

    please make sure you put /wp at the end of the domain to access the wordpress install.

    Hello,

    Now we can’t access your site in “wp” folder. It gives “404” error.
    Have you removed the site?
