Can you please tell me when the theme will update the the current woo commerce, wordpress and jetpack.

Hello,

Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear.
You can update WordPress and plugins yourself via dashboard:

Before updating don’t forget to create a backup of your files and database.

I am wondering if the latest theme version of idstore available via ThemeForest addressed the issue of compability with latest version of WP? Also, does it work with the latest version of woocommerce? I am little afraid to update to latest version.. since last time the theme had issues with latest versions of WordPress.

Hello,

Don’t worry, it is compatible with WooCommerce plugin and WordPress. You can update the theme, but before updating don’t forget to create a backup of your files and database.

I can’t find a way to start a new ticket/topic on the forum! How do I do this pls?

Just updated theme and woocommerce to latest versions and I am getting this notice in Woo settings panel: Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.

I have a child theme. How can I fix this please?

I could also update the files myself if you let me know which ones to overwrite/edit.

Hello,

To find what files to update you can see in Woocommerce > System Tools > Tools tab (at the bottom of the page). If it’s review-order.php you can copy it via FTP in the directory wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout and replace the old one in wp-content/themes/woocommerce/checkout folder.

As I’ve told you, you can copy it via FTP in the directory wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout and replace the old file in wp-content/themes/woocommerce/checkout folder.

I am using woo commerce, woo commerce subscriptions, and reward points. is the theme compatible with the last version of these plugins. I need to be specific on the version, last time I updated it, the shopping cart stopped working and I had to reinstall an old version of woo.

Also what is the EXACT WP version that the theme is compatible with.

Please note I am not asking how to do it, yet EXACT versions the theme is compatible with – the docs on theme forest are not reflecting the latest versions.

Hello @brazuka,

We’ve tested the theme with the latest WordPress version 4.0 and they are compatible.
So you can update WordPress to 4.0 version without any worries.
