    Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail. Do you use CDN cache?

    Regards

We dropped the data, we don’t use CDN, but there are plugins for caching and sites in our Multisite system, we also have a lot of CSS code, you helped earlier, maybe this is another reason ..

And you can help to sort out one more problem right away, for some reason, on our subdomain, all products have a 301 redirect with the / product / add-on, I will throw off an example, we previously tested a plugin that removes the tail / product-category /, maybe this problem is from it ?

    Hello!

I see you have a multi-site setup. Can you please make the full backup of the site and share it with the FTP so I can update WordPress and the theme for you.

I am sorry but the redirection with the products is not an issue. The product in URL is a base slug that shows that the specific category belongs to the product post type. otherwise, the links can be conflicted and will not work. I am sorry but it cannot be changed as woo-commerce does not allow it. It will require custom code and changes in woo-commerce files to achieve it.

Please let me know if it makes sense.

    Thank you!

    1. Thank you, I attach the FTP data to the site, I also made a full backup, I did not understand, you need to unload it somehow?

    2. As for redirects, I probably wrote the wrong way, we don’t want to influence the structure, on the contrary, we want to return the normal view, like on the main site, so that there is a standard path, but for some reason it redirects to a completely different one ..

    Hello,

    1) Updated. I don’t see problems with our theme. Problem was caused by this options of the Clearfy Pro plugin https://prnt.sc/107lfoy
    2) It’s related to your permalink settings. On the main site https://prnt.sc/107iyw3 , on the subdomain https://prnt.sc/107io35
So, change the permalinks settings to what you need.

    Regards
