    Hello,

    after last update of this theme I have been experiencing few issues.
    One of them is pretty massive – none of the added custom css code works, this affects the categories sidebar (left side).

    Second – Some of the categories/items which we added through backend are not appearing in the frontend. Link to Items screenshots – Backend, Frontend, Category not appearing

    Third – I would like to limit the amount of the tags that are show in the footer of the website to 17. Link to screen

    Hello,

    1. For example, as I see you added this code in Global Custom CSS:

    .product-categories > li > a {
        padding-top: 8px !important;
        padding-bottom: 8px !important;
    }

    and it’s working on the site:

    The reason that you don’t see changes may be cache plugin that you installed. Content is cached and time is needed for it to be refreshed.

    2. FTP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.

    3. Please refer to this article:

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    I have tried clearing the cache of the plugin, but nothing changed. I also tried disabling the plugin entirely but nothing changed either.

    Hello,

    As I see the same problem with categories persists with default WordPress theme. Please activate Twenty Fourteen theme and check “Zapalovače” category. There are only 5 products too. So the issue isn’t related to our theme.
    Also some products are set up incorrectly. You created variable products, but didn’t add any variations and didn’t set price for them http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/15/0915/h_1442337728_3501181_5beb617a91.png .
    Please read how to add variable product properly:

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    have been experiencing few issues with visual composer, too.
    After the last Update I cant edit or add Items with the background-editor. I cant even switch from Backend to Frontend-Editor. All Items I added before are available and visible on the homepage.

    Best regards,

    Felix Mohr

    Ok thanks allot, this must be a kind of magic. I tested it in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer – Safari did it! Any kind of Idea why there are some issues with different browser?
    I got another off topic Issue, do i need to open a new topic?

    Best regards,

    Felix

    Hello @felix_mohr,

    Unfortunately we can’t know what the reason is as we can’t replicate the issue from our side.
    Yes, please open a new topic for a new issue.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,
    I’ve been experience the same issue as @felix_mohr with Visual Composer since updating theme Royal to version 2.2 and updating visual composer to version 4.7.1:
    – I can’t edit or add Items with the background-editor.
    – I can’t switch from Backend to Frontend-Editor.
    – All Items I added before are available and visible on the pages.

    Visual composer is my main design tool, can you please support ?

    Thank you,
    Jacques
