Theme update issue - by MJ - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,
    I did update my theme and all my settings are gone again.
    It is scary to see such a thing when i lunch the final site.
    I am using a child theme and update the main theme to keep my customization when updating the core. do you have any suggestion or solution for issues like this?

    And i reinstall the theme, and cannot reactivate as it is activated more than 15 times. can you reset it or get someone to reset it ASAP?

    Hello,

    1) Try to activate theme now.
    2) How did you update theme? Describe your actions step by step to help us to understand what causes the issue with the options.
    3) Always do the backup of files and DB before theme and plugin update to be able to restore your site from the backup if anything goes wrong.
