I’m getting An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature when trying to update.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Provide us with URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can help you with the update.
If you are using 7.2.4 version, update to 7.2.4.1 is not obligatory and can be skipped.

I have the same problem.
I bought theme licence from you for my production website and another licence from GPLPlus for my test website.
(I think it is strange I had to buy 2 licences but…)

What do you mean by “another licence from GPLPlus”? If you need to activate theme for the dev site you can use the same license that you use for the production. I suppose that “another license from GPLPlus” means that you used nulled version of theme. In this case, you need to reactivate theme using your official purchase code and clear cache using check again link https://prnt.sc/12iv5dr
Update theme after that. I reactivated theme on your site, so try to update theme now.
