Theme update and plugins - by Pav - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    I am wondering if you guys do theme upgrades to my website and theme plugin updates, as my website is still running on the original theme version. I would like also to see if it can be put in or on a child theme, the last time i updated myself, i had to restore the website through the web hosting company and they charged me over $150 to do, as it was me that made the error, but updating wordpress to latest version, which didn’t work, as I had to update the theme?

    Hello,

    We can update the theme and plugins for you.
    Create a back up of the files and database, provide FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content and we’ll start update process.

    Please confirm you have a back up.

    my parallax slider is using different image and its not full width, and also noticed my latest customer reviews wording on the homepage have disappeared..

    could you please look into for me..

    also when i click on product thumbnails, they don’t line up..different image appears instead of the clicked thumbnail image..

    Hello,

    I’ve set Stretch Row option in the row settings with background image http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/0727/h_1469616720_1474593_43878ee798.png . Check it now.

    As I see the title is shown:

    The issue with images has been fixed.
    Clear browser cache and check single product page.

    Hi Jack,

    Thats great, and thank you so much..

    My only issue is still the post section only homepage of Lastest Customer Reviews. the stars show on the homepage, but under the stars, should show our customer names, just like in the reviews tab on the header..this is a huge must for our business, word by mouth is the best form of advertising..Can you please see if you can have it back as it was previously please..
