Theme update - by fitnesstown - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Update the Xstore Child theme and the add-ons, the following errors were generated in the web page:

    -The top panel does not scroll down
    -The menu in the mobile version does not work
    -The shopping cart not show the number of articles
    -The footer disappears
    -Product thumbnails not showing

    Hello,

    Download theme archive, extract it and reupload xstore/js/etheme.min.js file to your server.
    Let me know about the results.

    Same problem here. I already uploaded the an old etheme.min.js to my host but the problem persist.

    Cleared the cache and i tried to acess site with kproxy.com but it still not working.

    check the site now.

    @Rafael
    Pereira FTP does not work. We used file manager plugin to get access to theme files but even if we removed etheme.min.js file we saw the different error in console and situation like file still exists. Once we renamed the file and changed the file name to enqueue script it works without any problems. Also, we don’t see changes in child theme style.css http://prntscr.com/kie8ga but we added custom into the file. Seems you have some server cache. Please, contact your server provider and make sure that server cache is disabled because we won’t be able to fix the problem if you use the cache. Also, provide correct FTP access to your site.

    I am getting the same issue – when logged into admin the thumnails show – once i log out the log is missing and the menu also.
    Please help

    Hello @online365,

    Please download theme archive, extract it and reupload xstore/js/etheme.min.js file to your server. Then clear cache and check the result. In case the problem won’t be solved, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Hello,

    Once we disabled cache plugin everything works fine. Then we enabled cache and just removed old cache folder from wp-content and site also works fine. Seems you have some problems with clear cache option.
    Check your site now.
