    Hello,

    1) Do the backup of the site and DB before the update.
    2) Do the backup of widgets because sometimes widgets are messed up after the update and you need to re-add them.
    3) If you used custom CSS fields in theme options there is no need to do the backup. If you used custom.css file then move code from that file into Theme Options fields.
    4) Go to Dashboard > Updates > check for the update and choose WooPress theme to update.
Also, you can update theme via FTP https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade

Or provide us temporary FTP and Dashboard access to your site and we’ll update theme for you.

    Regards

    Hi Olga

I also tried to update the them through your instructions. I am on 2.8. I saved the woopress folder to my hard drive and then did the update.

The pages seemed to work ok, but the single products seemed to be only white space after the page title. Looking at the code inspector the page html was very short. So I re-uploaded my 2.8 version and it was corrected.

Here is a screen snap of the html and a single product page.

I also upgraded woocommerce 3.4.4 but is still says 3.3.4 in the status.
    Database
    WooCommerce database version: 3.3.4

    Can you help with this?

    Best Regards

    Ky

    Hello, @kybalio

Unfortunately, we can’t login to your site http://prntscr.com/kl8a4c
So, provide the correct link to your Dashboard and also FTP access to your site.

    Regards
