A lot of my theme files are out of date on woocommerce status page. When is the next theme update? I am having a lot of customers using iphones telling me they are getting scribbled text when they load the page upright. If they turn their phone it fixes. Not everybody is a genius so not everybody is gonna turn their phone to fix the issue. They will just leave and go to another company whose website works fine. This is what they are seeing with their phone upright. http://imgur.com/a/Dk1jk

    Hi,

If you’re using a child theme then, try to switch to the parent theme and clear your cache and see that scribble text appears.? I tried to login but it says wrong password. or try our demo in your iPhone, did that work perfectly?

For woocommerce template update, I double check with the template files with the previous version all they did is just update the version number, so you can ignore that error for now, we will tackle that in the new version, or pass us the WP login details, I will fix that for you.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

sorry about the wrong password. I corrected it. I am not running a child theme. But I have cleared cache and it doesn’t look like it was fixed. Please work your magic. 😀

    Hi,

Now I logged in, I doubt the autoptimizer plugin cause the issue, can you disable it and see that fixes the issue or any CSS/JS minifier, try to disable that to. After that clear the cache and see the site on iPhone.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,

I disabled all my caching plugins. And it was still doing it. So i’m thinking it’s not a caching problem now. However i’m not an expert.

    Hi,

Not cache, please disable the Optimizer plugin, before that please deselect the minify options for CSS, JS and HTML, and then switch to parent theme and then clear all your cache including browser cache.

We don’t have such issues in our Demo, you can check that in your iPhone, so the problem resides somewhere in your settings.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.
