Theme translation using WPML - by AdSh - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I am trying to translate the theme into Turkish and Arabic, but I am facing some problems as follows:

1. in the theme folder, .po and .mo files for the Turkish language exist. I tried to import theme into the theme using “WPML string translation” but it does not work.
Please let me know how to import this files and have them working 100% without problems. Please consider I am using WPML
(WPML support said this issue relates to the theme, WPML will import the po without any problem).

2. how to translate woocommerce pages automatically? I think a full translation for this extension completely exist. Please let me know how to do that automatically.

3. Some string can not be translated, like for example in the RTL cart page: http://www.istamor.com/ar/cart/
I have translated the string but the translation does not show on this page. Please let me know why and how to solve this problem?

Please inform me in case you can not help with translation using WPML or if your theme does not support WPML.

Our theme support WPML plugin. Unfortunately, our specialist, who works with WPML, in business trip now and I can’t provide solid responses to your questions.

Hi,

thank you for your reply.

Actually I spent some time during the last days trying to translate the theme. At the moment, I still have lots of problems with translating the theme into Arabic language (RTL) so please try to support.

I am not using FTP, you can directly login to the admin dashboard.

Hello,

Probably we need to make changes in template files to fix translation issues, we can’t do this without FTP.
So, please, contact your hosting provider to get FTP access to your site.

Seems this user has wrong destination folder.

Hello,

You need to translate theme strings either using WPML string translator or po, mo files (wp-content/languages/themes/ and translate files for the Arabic and Turkish versions). Because at this moment you did not translate all the necessary strings using String translator http://prntscr.com/ivcv36 or http://prntscr.com/ivgbi2 etc and po, mo files of theme translation also do not include any translation.
