Theme translation to french problem – urgent

Hello, I have followed the theme documentation of translation but after all I did the theme still is in English. I want to translate it to french.
I have added translation file to loco for both theme and plugin but still nothing changed in my website!
I need some help please. I will add my store details in private area.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
You need to rename xstore-core-fr.po to xstore-core-fr_FR.po , then sync translation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update
Also, go to Header Builder > Car/Wishlist/My account and change titles.
