hello, I have a problem with thema translation, loco translate, some words do not translate for example: my account is translated in the .po file but still in English shows me why?

Hello,

1) Make sure that the translation file is up to date https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update
2) Provide Dashboard and FTP access to site if it does not help.

Make sure that you translated mentioned strings for Core plugin, not for the theme only.
If you need further assistance, provide FTP access also.
