Theme stops loading correctly after installing a shipping plugin

after installing a new plugin , the them is failing to load probably , arrow in prodcut sliders become un clickable and some other problem , once i deactivate the plugin everything come back to normal ,,, how can i fix this problem as this plugin is very important for the website

You did not mention the name of the plugin, URL of your site and screenshots of problems, so it is difficult to give you any solid response, besides:
We don’t give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support (check the item support policy https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy )
Have you tried to contact the authors of the plugin?

the Name of plugin is mylerz and my website is http://www.mokaida.com

i don’t have screenshot though as it effecting the loading process of the website and the product sliders arrow stops working and some times when the homepage is loading i have a thin white layer which cannot be removed , so once i disable the plugin everything comes back to normal , i tried normal troubleshooting like de-activating all plugins and so with any result , can you advice how to investigate this problem and from where to start

Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and a link plugin page. We did not find such plugin like “mylerz” on https://prnt.sc/1lpob4n
