Theme setup wizard does not work and not even the manual install!!!

Dear Support!

I am trying to install this Royal theme on a maxed out server with a newly installed WordPress, but it is not possible!
When I install manually the plugins, it kills my pure and basic WordPress and I have to reinstall the whole.

Even after activating the license in the setup wizard, it says that the server not following the requirements. I double checked it and it is not true.

I have been trough many WordPress installation, with many unique template (even from themeforest), and I have to tell that, it was never happened until this theme that I was not able to use it at all and I had to ASK FOR HELP at the support immediately after installing a highly rated theme. I do not understand why I have to ask for help, why I can not use the theme in the first place as I should!?

What is the deal here?

I had to install the WordPress for the 6th time with the Royal theme and I let it like this, because it took already 4 hours from my life, for nothing.

Please dear support, check on your theme!

Dear Tyler!

It is still not good…
I have just installed the plugins which the template requires, and now the whole site (backend) is not working.

Also I would like to use the Setup Wizard, but is says that I not pass the requirements, which is not true. Please check my php info page, all the requirements passes.

Hello,

I’ve disabled Mastersileder, please use Revolution slider.
Go to Appearance > Setup Wizard and try it now. If you have a problem, provide a screenshot.

Hello,

Please read this article https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_filesystem_method/
You need to change FS_METHOD to Direct on your server because WordPress don’t have full access for reading, writing, modifying files.
