Hi!
To the point of the 3rd parties addons:
1. How can i re-activate the revolution slider personal licenses? i don’t see the possibility for that, as now it says: rev slider is part of the theme and have a limited support & usage.
2. Pls can you advise me how can i add the essential grid as in the demo, ’cause after theme + demo installation there’s no grid at all.
Hello,
1. All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. The plugins can be downloaded from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.
2. Please read how to install demo data for Ess. Grid plugin
http://essential.themepunch.com/documentation/#import_demos
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/essential_grid

Jack Richardson.
With the 1st part – “if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.”
Thats what i did! i have a PURCHASED plugin, but yrs in the pack doesn’t allow to use mine, thats the question.
Hello,
Did you install the plugin from our package?
If so, delete it, and install the plugin that you bought.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I cannot delete the rev. slider installed by yr theme – i have only 1 plugin “rev. slider” in the plugin menu. I tried re-installing my version, but the theme takes over the control.
Plus some of the slides crashing with an error. I contacted theme punch they checked the admin panel & say that there must be an error btw theme & rev slider.
pls can you advise how can i delete yrs plugin?
Hello,
You need edit the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php and remove the code in line 630:
if(function_exists( 'set_revslider_as_theme' )){
set_revslider_as_theme();
}
After that you’ll be able to activate the license.

Eva Kemp.
Dear Eva,
thank you the 1st problem is solved, i can activate the plugin.
bust still experience the problem with the slider showing an error.
Not quite sure to whom shall i apply with this issue, to you as an author of the theme or the theme punch.
More to you i guess, because when i activate an old theme everything runs smooth & nice. Seems to be some problems between the theme & plugin.
Hello,
Your credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
Also specify what error you’re getting, show us a screenshot.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Corrected the access, the data is the same.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials.
What is the name of this slider? The shortcode isn’t created for it.

One more question in the tutorial how to get the ess grid like in demo it is said that i need to import the royal_ess_grid.json – but cannot find it, where should it be located? In the zip file from Theme forest? If yes, there are some different names
pls find below
Hello,
I’ve reuploaded Revolution Slider plugin files. Now slider is working. Please clear browser cache and check.
The file royal_ess_grid.json was divided into several parts because some clients have difficulties with importing one big file. So you need import all files one by one.

Eva Kemp.
Hello, I am also unable to find the ess-grid.json file. How can i find it. Thanks!
Hello @kfulas,
json file is included for a template where it’s used. You can find it in the theme package in “royal_versions” folder.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thanks Jack but I am working on woopress version 2.5 and I checked template folder to no avail.
I am beginning to wonder if I have all the package properly downloaded. I have ‘WooPress_Responsive_Ecommerce_Wordpress_Theme’ with ‘licencing’ and ‘WordPress_Theme.zip. Am I missing something?
Is it possible to re download a theme that i purchased and download? if so how?
thanks again for your support
Kib
