Theme Plugin conflicts with Elementor - by Zahin

Hello Support,

I recently have your plugin worked with Elementor but for an unknown reason my Elementor keeps loading at the tools section https://prnt.sc/u65tuf and i can’t custom my website.

After checked with other plugins and my cpanel, it came to conclusion that your xstore plugin that caused it.

To continue my work with Elementor i have to deactivate the xstore plugin but it turns out that my header didn’t show as it need to have your plugin for it to show.

With that being said, i’d appreciate if you could help me to solve the xstore plugin issue to make it work with elementor.

Hello,

What version of the XStore Core plugin do you use? Update it to 3.0.0 version and try again. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

Hello,

I already update the xstore plugin to 3.0.0 but the problem with elementor still stands. The page is still loading. I lost my header also after i update the xstore plugin. https://prnt.sc/u6cpyg

I’m having the same exact issue. I can still use the navigator in elementor to move around the page, but the preview is stuck on the loading screen. I have updated the plugin to 3.0 (latest) and xstore to the latest version as well.

Same problem!

It has been like this for 2 days already… they said they would provide a fix in the next update but apparently that didnt work… very frustrating for those of us who are trying to meet deadlines.

Hello,

Log that you provided is out of date (from the 28 July). We found the latest error log http://prntscr.com/u6vl2w and there is PHP memory limit http://prntscr.com/u6vmvy
You are using a lot of plugins for the Elementor:
– PowerPack Lite for Elementor
– HT Mega – Absolute Addons for Elementor Page Builder
– Essential Addons for Elementor
– ElementsKit Lite

We suppose that using all these plugins uses all the resources you have. So, check the list and try to disable a few plugins at least.
