I’m having troubles getting any of the theme options to save. This is a new problem and I haven’t downloaded any new plug-ins. I will make a change, click ‘save changes’ and it says options saved but they don’t take effect and when I go back to the tab where I made changes they’re back to the old settings.

I also can’t get the widgets in the footer to work/save. I tried adding empty text boxes to them and they stay the way they are

    Hello,

Have you made any changes in the theme files?
    May we reupload them?

    Regards,

    Hello,

Please ask your hosting provider support to increase PHP Max Input Vars value to 5000. After that check Theme Options.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

They said I have to create a custom file myself to increase it. Not sure that’s something I can do 🙁

    Hello,

You’d better ask them for instruction what file exactly you need to create and what code to write.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

As I see the mentioned PHP value is still 1000 as show on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/b5jl2v. You need to increase it to 5000 and after check Theme Options saving.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
