THEME OPTIONS NOT RESPONSIVE - by Mohd Kamarulzaman Mansor

    Dear Sir/Mdm,

    I already installed the Royal Theme.

    My page become not responsive every time when I clicks the Theme Options menu (I cannot clicks all the option in the menu)

    This Theme Options menu running very well when I installed for the first time but suddenly have a problem during this week.

    I already deactivate all the plugins, but the problem still appeared.

    Please help me go through this problem.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version 2.8.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
