Hello,

I am trying to import a page from your theme options > Import/Export tab.

The page (Church) will not install after clicking the ‘Install version’ button.
The page refreshes but is not available in the ‘Pages’ list inside wordpress.

Please can you test it out and assist.

Hello,

As I see you’re using Royal theme version 1.8. Please update to the latest and check this issue.
Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

Ok Thanks Robert. Yes I will update to latest theme.

I always backup but thanks for the reminder and the video.

Will try it out and let you know how I go.

Good day support,

I have updated the theme to 2.0 – or at least the latest version I downloaded from Envato.

Still I cannot import a page from the theme options.

I also applied the main theme by disabling my child theme – confirmed it is 2.0 and tried to import the page. Still did not work.

Please can you take another look and advise.

Hello,

I’ve imported Church template manually. Please check Pages section in wp-admin panel. It’s named “Church”.

This is great Eva.

BUT, did you do this by clicking the install button.

You say ‘Manaully’so if I need to import other pages how do I do this manually my self?

I would expect the install button on the page to do the job. No?

Hello,

Seems some functions are disabled on your server and templates can’t be imported via “Install” button, so I imported .xml file via Tools > Import > WordPress in wp-admin panel. Also I imported slider (.zip archive) for Church template in wp-admin panel > Revolution Slider > Import slider button.
I’ve sent royal_versions.zip archive to your email address. Please check it.
