Our website is currently using https, and not able to load Theme Options page properly due to logo link is in http, we are not able to change the link to https via the GUI. Where can we access this to manual change from the backend, either from DB or file? Please advise.

    Info available in PM.

Would it be easier if you can just advise where to change it, we will check on the file or database record to change from our side.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We found that you use our of date and insecure version of PHP http://prntscr.com/pyiw7g and out of date version of DB http://prntscr.com/pyii7t Please, contact your hosting provider and update PHP and DB versions. After that reply back and we’ll take a closer look at why redux does not load files via https because it uses the default WP function and should.

    Regards

Hi, PHP and MySQL updated as requested. Still not able to load Theme Options properly.

Will this error cause the theme options not to load properly?
“Mixed Content: The page at ‘‘ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘‘. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.”

I need to change the logo which is hosted on another http site. Is it possible to advise where to change directly from file so I can try to change it and check if theme options can load properly now.

    Hello,

We found that you are using Cloudflare CDN. Could you, please, clean CDN cache and also log in to your account to allow us to clean cache while testing changes http://prntscr.com/q3tbqt ?

Hello, I have set the Cloudflare to Development mode to bypass cache. Please check.

    Hello,

Problem is that Redux Framework (options framework) does not detect SSL on your site. Our theme uses Redux for theme options but we are not developers of that plugin. We made some changes in plugin files to fix the issue but don’t update plugin because you will lose this modification and get the problem again.

Is it possible to advise the changes so in case it happens again, we will know what to do. Appreciate it, thanks!
