Theme Option: Products view mode and Product per row doesn't work

Dear Support,

if I change the options above nothing happens on the fronend.

Hello,

I’ve just set 4 products per row in Theme Options > Products Page Layout and the changes took effect. Clear browser cache and check Shop page now.

Hello Eve,

I’am sorry, but I can’t reproduce that.
For me it looks same (we would like this – grid only, 3 products per row, 12 total).
And yes, my cache is cleared.

Can you look at it once more?

Hello,

Product settings in Theme Options work only for Shop page that is selected in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop page. So check Shop page that is available in Pages section.

Hello,

You need remove the content you added in this page. If you set it as Shop page in Woocommerce settings, then you can remove all content you added manually in the page.
