Hi Olga,
https://www.panzera.shop/ would be the live website. Please do not do anything to this website.
https://rogerc34.sg-host.com/ this is the test site we have created for you to check and look into the settings and stuff. This is a working site with the old theme and child theme and was synced with the live website this morning. You should have the FTP details for this in previous trials.
To log in you can use the same wp-admin details as for https://panzera.naphix.com/
Please try to make all the development changes on https://panzera.naphix.com/ if possible if not work on the https://rogerc34.sg-host.com/
Keep us updated.
Hello,
We have almost finished with the update but faced the following issues:
1) Your basedir of the uploads goes to /panzera.shop/public_html/wp-content/uploads instead of /rogerc34.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads and theme options do not save styles file to correct directory. Contact your hosting provider to check and fix this.
2) We can’t open the widgets https://prnt.sc/17ugf9x I suppose also because of some server settings. So, contact your hosting provider to fix that. Let me know once you fix these issues and I’ll proceed with the update.

Hello,

Hi there,
We have searched and replaced references of https://www.panzera.shop/ with https://rogerc34.sg-host.com/
Also, there was a DB error and we have repaired that as well.
Let me know if you guys are done with the theme update and necessary configurations.
Hello,
Check the products and pages of your staging site. If everything is ok then we’ll be able to update production.
Everything is ok for me but you should know your site better and maybe I missed anything while testing. So, make a double check that everything looks the way it should on the staging site. We should fix all the issues on the staging before production site upate.

Hi Olga,
Thank you for your response.
We checked the website https://rogerc34.sg-host.com/ however the site is still using version Version: 4.15 (https://prnt.sc/18vkf0a)
Shouldn’t the site be running on the Latest version 7.2.11 / Core plugin 3.2.11?
Just to confirm you did the theme update on https://rogerc34.sg-host.com/?
Regards!
Hello,
The staging site uses the updated version of the theme https://prnt.sc/18z98hh https://prnt.sc/18z8xwn We did not delete the old version just in case. If everything is ok then the old version will be removed.

Hi Olga,
Thank you for your response.
Is it safe to say that we can copy the child theme and parent these from this environment and move it to live and everything should be okay?
Since there is Woocommerce and order on the live site, we cannot just copy-paste the DB to the live website. Is there any DB related changes we should be aware of? What would be the safest way to push these changes live?
Hello,
No, we made also some changes in widgets, header builder and static blocks. So, it would be better if we update your production site this time. After that you’ll be able to update theme by yourself I suppose if you don’t skip a lot of updates again 🙂
So, if the staging site is ok then provide us with the production site WP Dashboard and FTP and we’ll update the production site for you.
Regards
