  hello i purchased this theme for a client in 2015. theme and plugins were updated few months ago. i tried to login today to make some content edits and the site is freezing – its in idle mode. at first i wasn’t able to even access login page. finally got in with help from hosting company.
  they said it was theme issue / or plugin issue.

  they had to deactivate all plugins. i updated woopress to 4.1, re-activated most plugins that i need. when i try to access pages to make edits – the circle just show in bar – and shows waiting for http://www.sitename.com … and now i cant access dashboard again.

  please help, as i need to make edits today.
