I used Royal (which I love) for a shopping cart website. I’m having problems with it not loading on the desktop, however it is loading on mobile and i can still get into the dashboard. In fact, if shrink the internet browser and open it, it loads, then goes to a blank white page when you stretch the browser to full screen. I’ve tried it in IE, Chrome and Firefox.

Also, the Latest Products carousel on the home page is not loading in mobile.

I have this error: Your theme (ROYAL – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

And sent Woothemes the status report. They recommended i contact you to see if there is a new update.

    Any thoughts on this?

Thanks so much in advance, I really love the support you guys give!

    Hello,

You’re using very old plugins versions. Please update them. You can download the plugins at this link:

    Hello,

As I see you didn’t update plugins Ultimate VC Addons, Visual Composer, Master Slider, Essential Grid. Please update them too.
If the issue still persists after that, please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,
I’m not sure what happened. I had downloaded and updated the theme and plugins on October 6th. I re-downloaded them updated them all again and it looks like they took this time. I think I didn’t open up the folder to update with the interior folder. Anyway, I have them all up to date now. Unfortunately, it hasn’t made a difference.

I’ll place ftp login credentials in the private content.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

As I see some files/folders in home directory of your site have “root” owner and incorrect permissions so it may occur problems with site displaying. In this case you need to contact your hosting provider support to fix the issue with files owner and permissions.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
