Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.

Seems problem was caused by Jetpack z WordPress.com plugin. Check the plugin settings, maybe it has an option to enable AMP version for the mobile devices or something. Contact plugin authors to get help with this.
