Theme License is not registered Please help

My main website is this: https://sneakersmaniac.ca/

And for testing purpose I was create 4+ sub domain & sub folder by using this theme so license now is not registered.

I am deleted other folder & also deregister the license but this time also didn’t register so please help me to register into my domain
