    Hi,

We have purchased and installed your Royal multi-purpose WordPress theme, and we are currently experiencing problems when trying to update content.

For example, when trying to create a new custom tab on a product, the page does not update but reverts back to the dummy content. Another example is when trying to update or upload a new brand image, the same issue occurs and doesn’t update on the home page logos.

Could you provide some help on this?

    Thanks,
    Expert Web.

    Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase PHP Max Input Vars value to 5000 instead of the current 1000.
After that try to make changes.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

We changed the PHP Max Input to 5000 as per your reply above, and this did seem to solve the issue with the Custom Tabs on products. We are still having issues however with the Brands logos that display on the homepage and pull through from the Products section. It seems that when we update an existing logo or try to add a new one, nothing updates on the homepage. Please could you investigate further and let us know your thoughts?

    Thanks in advance,
    Expert Web
