    Would you help me solve this problem pls

    The website theme is Wrongly as attached file, I don’t know why this happy.

    We recommend executing the import on a clear WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.

    At first glance, it appears that third-party plugins were already activated on the website before the demo content was imported. Additionally, the images seem to have already been present in the media library, which may have caused some mess as a result.

    You can do the next: delete demo content https://prnt.sc/VHVfYxWGsdwr > disable all plugins > run the import and only required plugins will be installed together with the demo content.

    but i still have question:

    1. which plugins should I need to delete it?
    2. my website have load 500pcs products until now, if I delete the plugins, Can the product will be delete it together, that means I need to upload again.

    Hello,

    Our delete demo content feature https://prnt.sc/3HzcWXPRpA6- only removes the content imported by the XStore theme. Therefore, your products will not be deleted.

    Regarding a plugin that can be used to remove all website content, we previously mentioned one in our earlier response.

    If you are unsure which third-party plugin may have interfered with the import process, we recommend disabling all plugins. This way, only the necessary ones will be activated during the demo content import.
