My website was deleted somehow, When I tried to reinstall it on the same domain , It is not going to be registered, showing the massage of exceed limit.

When I try to register the following message appears,

”

But when I login to 8theme.com , and go to Themeforest Licenses ,then the following message is there

Live Domain:
There are currently no activated domains yet.
”

What should I do?
